Scheduled - ACA will be performing an upgrade of the E-Communications infrastructure on Saturday, November 1st, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern to enhance the application. During this time, data access from the application may be limited and some features may not be fully functional. All data and processes will resume normally once the upgrade is complete. All ingestion and archiving of communications will continue to function as usual during the upgrade.

Monitoring - The issue has been reported as resolved, and our initial tests confirm that functionality has been restored. Some pages may experience temporary slowness as FactSet systems continue to recover. A full root cause report is pending from our vendor. Users may proceed with work in ComplianceAlpha while we monitor and develop preventive measures.

Update - We are currently experiencing issues with our third-party vendor, FactSet, which are affecting several key features, including trade requests, manual transactions, holdings, and security management. FactSet has acknowledged the issue and is actively investigating. In the meantime, we are working with their team to resolve the problem, and ACA is also exploring potential workarounds to minimize the impact during this client outage. We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.
